The internet has made it so unbelievably easy and convenient to do so and knowing more about the process and what you can expect along the way is the first step.
I would strongly suggest the first stop on the web to be to www.hud.gov/buying/. This Housing and Urban Development (HUD) link will tell you everything and anything you want to know about buying a home. It is informative and educational and a must read for any potential homeowner.
The FHA is another site loaded with valuable information. Qualified borrowers can take advantage of one of the many wonderful programs FHA offers to help buyers purchase, improve or even purchase AND improve homes.
Visit these sites and the links within them. There's a wealth of information out there. Get out and grab it, and then call me.
